Shipping methods and costs

United States & Canada:

Most items are In Stock and ready to ship.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation. You will be billed for items purchased with a gift card or gift certificate upon order confirmation.

Orders may be delayed for up to 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping and handling costs for shoes are $14.95 per pair. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

You will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 5:00 pm EST Sunday to Thursday or your order may not be processed until the following business day. This excludes federal holidays within the United States.

Standard Shipping and Handling is available within the 48 contiguous states only (Saturday delivery is not available):

P.O. Boxes

• Fedex Priority OR USPS (3-8 business days)
  Most items may be shipped via Fedex Priority, but some restrictions apply. For P.O. Boxes with restrictions, your order will be sent utilizing USPS methods.
  Orders may be delayed for up to 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information.

Military APO / FPO Addresses

• USPS Priority, (3-8 business days)
  Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Canada

• USPS
  Most items may be shipped to locations in Canada via USPS. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days. Applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional fees will apply for Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
